반도체 공정에 사용되는 높은 고압의 특수가스를 안정적으로 공급하는 장치이며, SEMI표준 및 CE-MARK 등 안전 규격에 준하여 제작된 장비이므로 가스 누출 및 폭발사고를 미연에 감지할 수 있도록 각종 안전장치가 설치되어 있고 PLC 제어로 자동 운전 가능한 장비이다.
